Despite what the (1-1-0-1) record may lead you to believe, the Vees did earn their day away from the rink, Monday.
Sunday’s 5-3 victory in Surrey was a character win that required the club to dig deep to finish. The final frame saw huge saves, blocked shots and a pair of goals. Impressive, considering it was the fourth game in five days for the club.
Kyle McMurphy and Bryan Mountain we’re on the Vees This Week Tonight, but the program failed to record properly. I guess the EZ Rock Computer had a day off too… no audio to offer this week.
