Curtis McKenzie and Denver Manderson will get another opportunity to play in the spotlight this season, as both have been named to the 2009 Interior Conference All-Star Team. The Vees duo played on the top line for Team Canada West at the World Jr. A Challenge and are tied for the team lead with 31 points each.
As mentioned yesterday Brodie Reid will attend the All-Star Game as a representative of the Burnaby Express.
Surprisingly the Prince George Spruce Kings will have the most players on the Interior squad as F Sam Muchalla, F Sean Ambrosie, D Zach Davies, D Wes McLoed and G Kevin Genoe wil all be travelling to Vernon.

Interior Snubs include:
- Westside Goalie Kevin Jebson who is 2nd in minutes played and shutouts, is tied for 2nd in wins, and has one the best GAA of all starters in the Conference.
- Zack Josepher who is tied for the Conference Lead in points by a D-man and has been the most physical D-man on the Vees roster this season.
