The ‘Vees Blog’ gives fans behind the scenes access to the Penticton Vees Hockey Club of the BCHL. News, previews, interviews and more from Ryan Pinder the Play-by-Play voice of the Penticton Vees (since 07-08).

Ryan has been calling hockey games since 03-04, when he broadcast the University of Lethbridge Men’s Pronghorns Games. In 06-07 Ryan moved up to Fort St. John, BC to call games for the Junior ‘B’ Huskies and Sr. ‘AAA’ Flyers. This is Ryan’s second year covering the BCHL.

Ryan has a Management Degree from the University of Lethbridge with a major in economics and a Post-Graduate Radio Broadcasting Certificate from Humber College in Toronto.

Ryan has worked at City TV in Calgary, The Score in Toronto, Moose FM in Fort St. John, CFFR in Calgary, and spent a Summer watching grown men cry at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
